By creating an account or using FINTECH_MCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Infinite Rectangles. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Infinite Rectangles.
FINTECH_MCP provides a read-only financial data platform that connects your bank and investment accounts to AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a REST API. The Service allows you to link financial accounts via Plaid and access your data programmatically.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not provide financial advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately at [contact] if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
FINTECH_MCP offers a free Preview plan and paid plans (Basic, Pro) billed annually through Stripe. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your plan settings. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at [contact] to request one. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refund.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Connecting a bank account requires agreeing to Plaid's Terms of Service and End User Privacy Policy. Plaid handles all credential exchange with your financial institution — we never receive or store your bank username or password.
Financial data (balances, transactions, holdings) is cached from Plaid and may not reflect real-time values. We are not responsible for errors or delays in data provided by Plaid or your financial institution.
API keys grant read-only access to your financial data. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not commit them to public repositories or share them with untrusted parties.
We may rate-limit or revoke API keys that show signs of abuse or that have been compromised.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
FINTECH_MCP IS A DATA ACCESS TOOL ONLY. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF FINANCIAL DATA RETURNED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITE RECTANGLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious violations where immediate termination is warranted.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
